Organic whole wheat pasta, made in Italy using organic whole wheat durum wheat semolina. The organic durum wheat is processed in their own mill. It is a great pasta to keep on hand in a pantry to add as little or as much as into many different dishes, including soups, stews, hotpots and more.

USES

Suggested Usage

Perfect to add into many different dishes, including soups, stews, hotpots and more.

To cook small macaroni elbows, cover them in boiling water and a pinch of salt then cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
