Directions

Blend two rounded tablespoons (approx. 25g) as required into 250ml or more, of water, milk, or your favourite smoothie, we recommend lots of ice also.

Depending on physical activity, gender, age or pregnancy, you may require more than the suggested 25g serve.

To ensure your protein is silky smooth we recommend you use a blender or shaker to combine.
