Warm and citrusy at the same time, whole coriander seed is enjoyed in curries and chilli, cookies and cakes. Very common in Indian, and Middle Eastern cuisine but also used in European and American dishes. Or it can be grind to make freshly ground coriander powder.?Also delicious in soups, chilli, dahl, or refried beans. Add coriander seeds to herbal teas and chai blends to add a warming note.
