Wine making

Produced from high-altitude vines, around 30 years old. Harvested by hand at the beginning of September. Natural fermentation (without the addition of yeast) in stainless steel vats, followed by bottling at the beginning of October. No fining or filtration, and low levels of sulphur. 6,400 bottles were produced, all numbered.

Tasting Notes

Vibrant straw colour, with fine and persistent bubbles. In the mouth it shows character and freshness, with complex and persistent aromas.

Serve Advices

Serve at a temperature of 8ºC-10ºC.

Ideal as an aperitif, seafood starter or to celebrate good times.
