Free Range Egg Linguine pasta produced in Australia using the traditional method for a rough texture that holds sauce beautifully. Linguine pasta islighter and thinner than fettuccine. Made with durum wheat semolinaand free rangefresh eggs, cracked at the moment of production and no added water. Gently kneaded, monitored for moisture content and elasticity, it has a chewy texture with elasticity to cradle sauce.

USES

Suggested Usage

Perfect to stir fry. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok before cooking. Once oil is hot add the egg noodles. Stir continuously. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. To stir fry High heat 3-4 mins.

Store in coolplace, away from direct sunlight.
