Description

Mixed Olive Leaves are made with Certified Organic Durum Semolina Wheat Flour, sundried spinach powder and water. Its natural colors do not use artificial ingredients because it uses spinach to create the color green. Olive leaf pasta is made in both a white and green version. Chewy texture around the edges and softer in the middle.

USES

Suggested Usage

Perfect typical pairing is with fresh tomatoes, burrata and a pinch of red chilli. Great with lots of different condiments such as ragu, with seafood or with foraged mushrooms like king oysters (cardoncelli) too. Can be served with a sauce of tomatoes and porcini mushrooms.

Very evident during its cooking process because it is able to maintain its original shape and color.
